ABOUT
RODNEY YOUNG
Born and raised in Maui, Hawaiʻi, I’m an emerging voiceover artist with a lifelong background in theater and performance. Growing up surrounded by strong storytelling traditions and a close-knit community shaped my grounded, thoughtful approach to voice-acting. I bring clarity, warmth, and authenticity to every voiceover project.
From a technical standpoint, I work with a broadcast-quality home recording setup and handle my own audio editing and delivery. I record using a Røde NT-1 5th Generation microphone, PET Panel isolation vocal booth and edit in Adobe Audition, ensuring clean, well-balanced audio that meets professional standards for voiceover projects.
I provide professional voiceover for commercials, narration, corporate video, audiobooks, and digital media.

Narration for a 7-part brand video series outlining company history and growth. This was done to commemorate the 10 year anniversary of the company’s founding.

STUDIO ENVIRONMENT
I record from an acoustically treated home studio, delivering clean, broadcast-quality audio for commercial voiceover, narration, and audiobook projects.
Sessions are recorded and edited in Adobe Audition and delivered quickly in WAV or MP3 format depending on client needs.
Remote direction available via Zoom, Google Meet, or Source-Connect compatible workflows upon request.
